1. About This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Cinder Code LLC handles information in connection with the TinkSnap mobile application.

TinkSnap is designed for children and families. The app does not require an account, collect personal information, display advertisements, or track users across apps or websites.

2. Information We Collect

TinkSnap does not collect personal information such as names, email addresses, telephone numbers, photos, contacts, mailing addresses, precise location, or account credentials.

You do not need to create an account or provide personal information to use TinkSnap.

3. Children’s Privacy

TinkSnap is intended to provide an age-appropriate creative experience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Because TinkSnap does not collect personal information, the app does not ask children to submit names, contact information, account details, photographs, or other identifying information.

Purchasing features and external links are placed behind a parental gate intended for a parent or guardian.

4. Analytics and Tracking

TinkSnap does not use third-party analytics, advertising, attribution, or crash-reporting SDKs.

We do not collect behavioral analytics, advertising identifiers, device identifiers for analytics, browsing activity, or information for cross-app tracking.

5. Local App Data

App settings, progress, purchase-unlock status, and creation data needed for the app to operate are stored locally on your device.

Cinder Code LLC does not receive or remotely store this locally saved information.

Local app data may be removed by deleting the app or clearing its stored data through your device settings. Removing the app may delete creations or settings that have not been separately saved to your photo library.

6. Saving and Sharing Creations

TinkSnap allows you to save an image of a creation to your device. When required by your operating system, the app may request permission to add an image to your photo library.

TinkSnap only accesses the permission needed to complete the action you request. Creations are not uploaded to Cinder Code LLC’s servers and are not automatically shared by TinkSnap.

Any sharing occurs only when you choose to use your device’s operating-system sharing features. The privacy practices of the service you choose to share with are governed by that service’s own terms and privacy policy.

7. Device Permissions

TinkSnap may request limited device permissions when needed for a feature you choose to use, such as saving an image to your photo library.

You can manage or revoke permissions at any time through your device settings. Some optional features may not work if the necessary permission is denied.

8. In-App Purchases

TinkSnap offers an optional Premium purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play.

Cinder Code LLC does not receive or store your full payment-card number, bank information, or store-account password.

Apple or Google may process information relating to the purchase according to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Advertising

TinkSnap contains no third-party advertisements and does not use advertising SDKs.

10. External Links

TinkSnap may include links intended for parents or guardians, such as links to support information, legal documents, or an app-store page. External links are protected by a parental gate where appropriate.

Once you leave TinkSnap, the destination website or service is governed by its own privacy practices.

11. Data Sharing and Sale

Cinder Code LLC does not sell, rent, or share personal information collected through TinkSnap because TinkSnap does not collect such information.

12. Data Security

TinkSnap is designed to minimize privacy risk by avoiding the collection and remote storage of personal information.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but limiting data collection reduces the amount of information potentially exposed.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to TinkSnap, legal requirements, or our privacy practices.

When the policy is updated, the revised version will be posted on this page and the “Last updated” date will be changed.
